#wongfu4lyfe!

Wong Fu Productions

I still can’t believe that I met Wong Fu Productions (minus Ted)! D: Got the hear them talk (even in Mandarin and Cantonese :O ) and hear them sing hahaha! They look pretty much the same in real life and in their videos.

Pardon some bad photos, I only used my iPhone. :D

With Zoey, Jen and Jia Jia. Wen Yi and Yin Li weren’t there yet.

Jen came to fetch me because she wanted me to accompany her to her aunt’s open house near my own house. After fetching me she realized that she forgot to bring Yin Li’s ticket hahahaha. So she had to go all the way back to her house to get them. Oh and in the end we didn’t go to her aunt’s open house because by the time Wong Fu 4 Lyfe ended, it was already very late.

M.E. Malaysia

Anyway, I went for both Mini Symposium and Wong Fu 4 Lyfe. I’m a communication student and I might be taking broadcasting, so why not go for Mini Symposium too, right?

It was pretty good, but the moderator was long winded. And the lecture theatre wasn’t even full. :O Guess people thought this would be boring or in Zoey’s case, someone else will be talking and they would only appear for a while. They were supposed to talk more about behind-the-scenes and technical stuffs, but the fans were more interested in the boys rather than the technical stuffs.

Phil Wang & Wesley Chan

There was a meet and greet session for Wong Fu 4 Lyfe ticket holders. Everyone got an A4 side poster, these were signed a few days earlier and everyone gets to go on the mini stage to well, meet and greet them.

The longgg queue, taken at different time.

Campus is usually super empty on weekends, it was a little weird to see the campus crowded on one part and the rest empty. -_- Someone mentioned that there were more Malay girls with tudung (headscarf) too LOL. Normally, it’s a bit rare to see Malay girls wearing that in Taylor’s.

The crowd near the stage, and Phil & Wes on stage with Jin. :D

M.E. Malaysia staffs were selling merchandises somewhere else an hour or so after Mini Symposium. They ran out of stock a while before the meet and greet session even started.

Phil Wang & Wesley Chan

It was a little weird and too fast for us to take pictures with them and we had no one to help us take, so we didn’t. :( Right after we all got off the mini stage, Jin said he can help taking a video or photos. wtf Jin, Y U NO SAY THAT EARLIER?! But anyway I got a hug from Wes! I’m a happy little girl.

Wong Fu 4 Lyfe!
The ticket for Wong Fu 4 Lyfe! :D I exchanged my retarded ticket I bought from Sg. Wang booth with this real ticket LOL.

We went to have our dinner after that to fill our empty stomach. :( By the time we got to MPH the queue was already incredibly long. We were too lazy to queue up so we just waited near the entrance for everyone else to get in first. Ben Jie was one of the firsts in line. D: and he said I was crazy wtf pfft.

Our MPH. :D It was freezing cold in there wtf.

Wong Fu 4 Lyfe started with Once Upon A Time There Was A Sausage Named Bob. They have a very cute drummer!! :D I like their Cupid’s Fall, I didn’t know it was the song for Long Distance Relationship. :D

When Shawn Lee Beatbox was beatboxing, the speaker(s) went dead wtf. The place I was sitting at couldn’t hear properly. Who the heck turned off that speaker -_- But of course there was still at least one working speaker.

This time, there wasn’t a moderator (yay!) and they just talked on stage. :D They reused some jokes from the Mini Symposium session -_- and some of the things they told us we already know from Mini Symposium lol. (because the fans asked earlier) But it was still pretty interesting.

Oh and they showed us the 2nd and half of the unfinished edit 3rd episode of Home is Where the Hans Are. I haven’t even watch episode 1! D: Spoiler level 99 -_-

Oh ya, they showed a video message from Ted during both sessions. :D He couldn’t make it due to some personal problem, and so he sent this video message instead. Which isn’t all that bad because the video is hilarious. He was talking as if he had already visited Malaysia hahaha. But still, TED Y U NO COME?! :(

Ted Fu

It all feels so surreal. Meeting celebrities always give me a weird feeling, like I’ve achieved something I didn’t exactly earn and the happiness will turn into some weird emptiness after the hype is over. D: All I did was to pay to see them. Usually I expect my life to be complete or to have some dramatic changes after meeting celebrities that I love, but I always get disappointed. :/

Wong Fu 4 Lyfe!
With Yin Li, Jen and our tickets. :D

Our presents for them. :D We got them letter blocks “W F P” and wrote our twitter handles on the letter F. We also thrown in a nice polaroid of 4 of us (excluding Wen Yi cause she wasn’t there yet :/ ).

The third polaroid. The first two failed -_- But still thanks, Jia Jia’s boyfriend. :D

Of Year 2011

So hi! I haven’t been blogging for one whole year, I don’t know where or how to start blogging. D: But I thought maybe I should start with a summary of year 2011. :D It’s been a long but awesome year, and very productive too. Not all the pictures below match the paragraph, because I don’t have pictures for all of them. D:

Anyway, I started Foundation in Communication with Taylor’s University in January. When I first got there, I knew no one. foreveralone.jpg but then I’ve met a bunch of lovely people and the whole FICM bunch have been awesome.

These girls in the polaroid, we’re always arguing with each other hahaha. According to Jo Yi, we’re all stubborn. Debbie is the super hardworking girl, determined to get into Melbourne University, and this awesome girl got her wish! I’m so proud of her. :’) Zoey is not as nice as she looks, because she’s abusive to me. >:( She’s always bullying me wtf -_- Jo Yi & Wen Yi, I’m lazy :D but you know I love you! :D

I had my first sleepover at Jo Yi’s house! It’s a miracle, really, considering the protectiveness of my parents. It’s probably because my parents knew her when she slept over at my house. It was on the day she had her belated birthday party, and the next morning we went Pavilion to see Kyle Patrick. :D Kyle Patrick’s so tall and skinny and hot! So hot :D

Kyle Patrick @ Pavilion
I also got a Macbook Pro. :D I told my dad I needed it for my assignments, which was not a lie. I’ve been in love ever since. :D

I got my driving license and it took me MONTHS to finally start driving out a lot LOL. I even drove these girls out! And Vivian! :D Anyway, my poor parents had been my driver for a year. :x I also had a minor car accident. D: Part of the reason it took me so long. I guess I’m brave enough to drive alone now but I haven’t really get the chance to do that LOL. I can only drive to a few places though. -_-

Taylor's University Foundation in Communication Jan '11

I went to a club for the first time too! Well, kind of. I went to Vertigo when it was under renovation at 12 noon with my dad wtf, and went to Vertigo again for Hennessy NyX launch party. But that happened in 2012, oh well.

The Library

And then I also went to pubs/bar. :O Once for me and twinnie’s birthday, we went with our high school friends to The Library. Unfortunately, this is the only picture I have of that day. -_-

An Honest Mistake

Second time was for my music video assignment actually, we had to shoot the band while they perform live at The Laundry Bar, because they’re too busy. I guess it also counted as the first time I went to a gig. :D

I also went to Bukit Bintang to countdown to 2012! It was awesomee :D although crowded and a lot of douchebags spraying something, but it was an awesome experience. :D Not sure if I would want to go back there for another countdown LOL.

I nearly forgot, I went to “participate” in the I’m Not Stupid 3 / We Not Naughty movie as an extra. It’s a Singaporean movie, directed by Jack Neo. They came to Taylor’s for shooting. Honestly, it sucked. -_- It wasn’t fun, it was hot and there was a lot of waiting wtf. But Shawn is reallyyy cute :D

And I finally, FINALLY went to karaoke! For the first time in my life! :D It was pretty awesome. :D

Pavilion bears
Not to forget the two video assignments I’m very proud of. :D There was another video assignment, but it’s kind of embarrassing. :x Anyway, we really learnt a lot from doing these assignments. All the obstacles and problems were pain in the arse and freaked the heck out of me, but it was worth it. :D

On a sad note, my grandfather passed away this year. :(

I might have missed some notable events.. But anyway, looking back, it really has been a great year with a lot of changes. Life is good! :D I know I’m late, but happy belated new year, and happy Chinese New Year! :p
