I’ve had the most unfortunate luck with this travel agency called PriceBreaker. Apparently my mum got a special deal and it isn’t open to public or some shit. Not sure if whole agency is scumbag or just the tour guide. She’s scumbag level 20000000.
My trip to Korea was cancelled less than 30 minutes before we leave the house, with a text message from our scumbag tour guide. Nope it was not a phone call. She didn’t even dare to tell us that it was cancelled, my mum had to call someone else to know that our scumbag tour guide cancelled the trip.
Scumbag tour guide lied to us. She said that the flight was cancelled due to earthquakes in Japan. Lies! The earthquake happened the day before and it wasn’t serious enough to affect flights in and out of Korea. We called Malaysia Airlines and the flight was not delayed or cancelled.
Scumbag tour guide had the list and without her and the list, none of us could check in and go on the flight.
Apparently, after one phone call and a couple text messages, she went MIA completely. She refused to answer our phone calls, even from the numbers that she didn’t recognize, and she stopped replying messages too. When she does answer the phone call, she does not speak wtf. Bitch just left us hanging there with no confirmation about the cancellation, or any change of plans. Oh did I mention that she has a voicemail, so even if the call fails, they still charge us?
I really don’t know what’s her problem. The flight’s still on, the airports are open, she was in the airport herself. So, wtf is it? No apology, no explanation, avoided us and did not even confirm with us about the cancellation. How rude of her to not apologize or explain, she owe us at least that. Irresponsible bitch. My mum had to answer to other people and she didn’t even have an answer to give them!
Now we either choose to get a full refund, or MAYBE go on the 28th (also cannot guarantee that the same thing won’t happen again wtf). Seriously, bitchhh! A full refund is not enough! What about the money we spent on winter clothings? What about the disappointment and the full on panic when it was cancelled at the very last minute?
Please PriceBreaker, if you’re not a scumbag travel agency, at least hire someone responsible enough to answer calls and able to give an explanation. Preferably someone who won’t freaking cancel. Not some coward.

So.. We (by we I mean my parents) opted to postpone (to Feb) the trip instead of cancelling it. I’d rather get the refund and plan another trip ASAP than go through hell again, but I don’t get to choose. Anyway, everything was going well I think.
Then today, my mum told me that someone reported the company to the police. Cause’ the package they sold to us and a bunch of other people are apparently for internal people only. And obviously we aren’t.
So when they reported to the police, the company was frozen. And so wtf second attempt to go to fucking Korea is cancelled again wtf.
Not sure if I should be happy about them being reported. They deserve it. If it was the tour guide’s fault, then they should’ve been more careful when hiring people. Especially since you are selling packages that are supposed to be for internal people only. I wonder if anyone sued them. :D On the other hand, now my trip is fucking cancelled again.
I don’t even care about Korea! I just need to go somewhere wtf. Fucking Price Breaker. Fucking tour guide.
